Refund policy

At ValexPrime, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personal care products
  • Opened accessories
  • Used products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
